• Cleaning & painting of machine shop trailers
• Inspection charts shop trailers
• Packing
• Move things around / lifting
• Assembling items
• Maintain all equipment for Field Service
CLERICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Inventory supply area
• Purchase request (training)
• Delivery Note (training)
• Investigate new technologies
• Search internet for information and/or quotes
• Interplant shippers (training)
• Update matrix
• Keep track of safety expired items
• Order office trailers
• Order sea-can’s
• Retrieve material from sites
• Sorting out material from BOM’s
• Reading drawings / layouts
• Research any topics
• Create procedures
OTHER:
• Occasionally drop items off at local plants within 25 miles. Could possibly have to travel further (reimbursed mileage for personal vehicle) – Mostly driving company truck.
• Interplant travel local to Southfield, Novi, Royal oak (mileage for this not reimbursed)
• Interact with our Field Service teams, Shipping & Receiving, Project Management, Engineering.
• New tasks as needed
• Field Service support skills required
